Introduction
Trek to Manaslu – the land of secret trail is one of the adventures trek in the western part of Nepal Himalaya which is located in Gorkha District with adjoining plateau of Tibet. This adventure trek begins from the famed ancient Gorkha Kingdom in the western region of Nepal. The trek follows upstream of the Budi-Gandaki river from the sub-tropical forest to the dry Tibetan zone, offering outstanding views of Mt. Manaslu 8,156m, the 8th  highest peak in the world along with the panorama of the surrounding magnificent peaks that include the border with Tibet.
This off the beaten trek to Manaslu circuit continues with meet rugged people of Tibetan stock. Visit traditional villages with their flat-rooted timber houses and workshops in secluded Buddhist monasteries. Enjoy inspiring views of Manaslu. Larkya La Pass marks the divide between Manaslu less trekked western flanks and the Marshyangdi River valley. From the top of the pass, it is almost down-hill through the serene alpine forests and meadows till we come to the main trail of the Annapurna circuit, after being on the main track for a few days our journey continues towards Besishahar and drive back to Kathmandu. This Manaslu trekking with larke pass requires a special permit with min. 2 pax on the trekking group.
